9. Failed or Incomplete Deliveries
9.1 Technical Issues
If delivery fails due to technical issues on our end:
- We will notify you immediately
- Alternative delivery methods will be arranged
- Timeline extensions will be provided as necessary without additional cost
9.2 Client Side Issues
If delivery cannot be completed due to client side issues (incorrect credentials, inaccessible infrastructure, unresponsive stakeholders):

10. Intellectual Property and License Delivery
