Founder and Managing Director
Prabhashankar brings deep full stack engineering expertise across Node.js, Flutter, React, and enterprise grade system architecture. His experience spans consumer platforms handling 10,000+ users, enterprise tax applications for major GCC firms, and global ERP integration for international clients.
Before founding Monolithia, he led critical engineering engagements for firms including HLB HAMT (one of the largest tax consulting firms in the UAE) and CoreALM (enterprise ERP integration). The methodologies he developed during these high stakes engagements, including Right Sized Architecture and the BuildX Program, are now institutionalized across every Monolithia engagement.
He holds a Udacity Nanodegree in Neural Networks and was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the IATA and IBS Software Hackathon.
